D\u2019une petite boutique \u00e0 quatre, puis \u00e0 la vente en gros, la croissance fut imm\u00e9diate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 1982, sont entr\u00e9s Ettore et Francesco Ciravegna. La famille peut aujourd\u2019hui vanter sa grande tradition dans le monde du caf\u00e9 cru, tous les professionnels du secteur se souviennent avec estime et affection de Aldo et de son fils Gianni qui, pendant des ann\u00e9es ont g\u00e8r\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s la \u00ab Ciravegna \u00bb soci\u00e8t\u00e9 qui importait du caf\u00e9 des meilleures plantations du monde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les fils de Gianni, Ettore et Francesco gr\u00e0ce \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e8rience dans le monde du caf\u00e9 du premier et \u00e0 l\u2019esprit entrepreneurial du second se sont plac\u00e9s \u00e0 un niveau sup\u00e9rieur dans la fili\u00e8re du caf\u00e9, de l\u2019importation \u00e0 la torr\u00e9faction. Leurs esprits dynamiques et innovateurs ont amen\u00e9 l\u2019entreprise vers une nouvelle sp\u00e9cialisation, le service au client.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 1998, la structure historique de Roma Casilino ne suffisait plus pour l\u2019activit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9m\u00e9nagea dans la <strong>zone industrielle de Monterotondo<\/strong>, aux portes de la ville.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre septembre 2003 et 2005, la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Ciravegna a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la torr\u00e9faction. Gianni et Valeria ont donn\u00e9 une nouvelle impulsion \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9, notamment avec l\u2019orientation des ventes \u00e0<strong> l\u2019export<\/strong> qui aujourd\u2019hui repr\u00e9sente 25% du chiffre d\u2019affaire total et 20% des ventes de dosettes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 contrainte en 2008 de s\u2019agrandir, les bureaux et les espaces de stockage n\u2019\u00e9tant plus assez grands. Un \u00e9tage sup\u00e9rieur a alors \u00e9t\u00e9 construit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pendant plus de cinquante ans d\u2019histoire, beaucoup de choses ont chang\u00e9 mais la passion pour le caf\u00e9 et la qu\u00e0lite de perfection restera inchang\u00e9e.
