The emissions produced from the roasting process are dramatically reduced by the use of a smoke burner. The total amount of energy that the company needs is supplied by photovoltaic panels producing 20 KW, which are installed on the roof of the company. With this green energy we do not produce any pollution.

Last but not least, we have begun to replace our delivery vans from diesel to methane gas.
